| "We saw Jackie's ad in the real estate magazine and called her up. We had beeen listed with another agent for almost 3 months and it was still not sold. We had already purchased our next home so we were concerned about carrying two mortgages. Jackie advertises "Your home sold guaranteed or I'll buy it for cash" and sure enough she gave us a written offer on our home if it did not sell. She helped us with some sugestions for preparing the home for sale and surprised us by having her handyman come over to clean up the backyard. She also had the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned and the home just showed that much better. We were delighted when we had an offer within two days and a firm deal less than one month later. | When my son who lives out of town decided to sell his Toronto property in the Fall. He asked me to contact a staging company. We new that we were going to be faced with a very tight time line. Beyond the call of duty... |
| Being a first time home buyer was such a difficult choice because of what it involves-lots of money! Jackie showed me various different homes, was very patient and never pushed me or made me feel like I was pressured into anything. Jackie understood the stress of the decision to make such a huge investment. Her opinions were also very unbiased, if she thought that the property was not in my best interest, she would say so, which made me feel very comfortable and trust her. Jackie was available anytime, she was very flexible with time. Even the night I closed, I was supposed to move in and the old owner was still there, she came down on a Friday night to help me out.
